Do you offer weekend classes?
Yes, we have dedicated weekend batches (Saturdays and Sundays) to accommodate your work schedule for most of our popular courses: Cake Decoration, Bread Making, and Pastry Arts, Sourdough Making, Chocolate Making, Macarons and more.

Do you provide eggless baking options?
Yes, we specialize in eggless baking. Most of our courses, including our signature cake and pastry modules, are taught with eggless recipes and vegan alternatives.
What is covered in the Bread Making course?
Our bread courses cover everything from basic loaves and buns to advanced sourdough, focaccia, multigrain breads, and breakfast pastries like croissants.
Do you offer courses on healthy baking?
Yes, we have modules focused on healthy baking which include gluten-free options and recipes using no refined sugar or cream.

Our 3 Month, 1 Month and 6 weeks Diploma in Professional Patisserie and Confectionery are designed for entrepreneurs. We cover commercial baking techniques, costing, and the fundamentals of running a home bakery or a commercial outlet.
Guidance on FSSAI registration or business setup?
As part of our professional programs, we offer guidance on the requirements for setting up a business, including equipment selection and basic regulatory insights like FSSAI.
Do you offer certificates upon completion?
Yes, all students receive a completion certificate for our professional and short-term courses, which can help in career placements or starting your own venture.
Enrollment & Fees
How can I register for a class?
You can register by visiting the academy in person or by completing the registration through a bank transfer. A small registration fee is usually required to confirm your enrollment and block your seat. Once the payment is made, the academy will guide you through the next steps of admission.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we occasionally offer early bird discounts, festive offers, and group registration discounts. We also offer Scholarships for eligible students for our long-term programs. Feel free to ask about our current “Women’s Day” or “Festive Season” specials.
Is there an age limit for the courses?
Baking is for everyone! We have students ranging from 15-year-olds (post-10th std) to retired professionals. We also host dedicated “Kids’ Baking Workshops” during school vacations.
