Complete Hands-On Experience

This course promises a rich, hands-on learning experience, equipping participants with the knowledge and skills to bake a variety of breads at home. The focus on both technical and creative aspects ensures that students leave with a deep appreciation for the craft of bread baking.
You will learn to make regular and international breads :
- Whole-wheat thin crust pizza
- Zopf
- Burger buns
- Grissini
- Whole wheat sandwich bread
- whole wheat ragi bread
- Pesto, and more.

Support and Resources
A detailed recipe booklet will be shared with all participants, containing step-by-step instructions and tips. This booklet will include both egg and eggless recipes, catering to diverse dietary preferences.
Recipe Variations and Modifications
Students will explore different recipes and learn how to modify them to suit personal tastes and preferences. This includes adjusting for texture, flavor, and dietary needs.
What you will learn from this course
1. COMPLETE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE OF BAKING BREAD.
2. AFTER-CLASS SUPPORT WILL BE PROVIDED. NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE OR KNOWLEDGE ABOUT BREAD BAKING IS REQUIRED.
3. A recipe booklet with a detailed description of the procedure will be shared. Both egg and eggless recipes will be discussed and shared.
4.Standard recipes and alternative ingredients in the recipes will be provided.
