Diploma in Professional Bakery and Patisserie Program

3 months program with International affiliation from City and Guilds in baking for students who want to pursue career in bakery and confectionery

This is a comprehensive Certificate program in baking that is  designed to teach each module in an elaborate manner with both practical and theoretical knowledge. This will help them to recreate recipes of pastries and desserts that are timeless and treasured. 

The program is spread across 12 weeks with everyday classes from Monday to Friday From 10 am to 4 pm.

The Program runs for period of three months with intensive training.

The modules includes:

  • Breads : All about breads from Basic breads, Artisan breads , to International breads
  • Breakfast pastries : Relish the Pastries like from Exotic cupcakes, Madeleines to Brioche
  • Pies and tarts : Enriched pies and Tarts
  • Laminated pastries – puff pastry with sweet and savoury variations
  • Chocolate : Basics to Advanced Bonbons, Truffles, Marshmallows, Fudges, Mango pate de fruit and more
  • Modern French pastries that includes Opera cake, eclairs, choux , Paris brest and more.
  • Signature cakes includes, Tiramisu revisited, New York cheesecake, Swiss rolls and variations
  • Classic cold desserts like Creme brulee, Mango souffle, plated desserts, Verinnes and more.
  • Bake Sale with Project management skills.
  • Cake decorations using whipping cream ganache and Fondant themes.
  • Wedding cake masterclass is included that covers working with sugar flowers, embossing, air brushing, rice paper sails, Isomalt techniques and many more techniques at par with the trending baking industry.

Fees is 2,50,000/-  plus 18% GST Applicable. Registration fees is 25000/- adjustable in the fees.

City & Guilds exam fees is not included in the above fees.

Next batch is starting from 8th, April 2024.   Admissions are open and last date for registrations is March 23rd, 2024.

The Highlights of this course are
