DIPLOMA IN PROFESSIONAL BAKERY AND PATISSERIE PROGRAM (3 MONTHS)
This is a comprehensive Certificate program in baking that is designed to teach each module in an elaborate manner with both practical and theoretical knowledge. This will help them to recreate recipes of pastries and desserts that are timeless and treasured.
The program is spread across 12 weeks with everyday classes from Monday to Friday From 10 am to 4 pm.

This module is designed to train students to create visually appealing pies and tarts, ranging from sweet fruit-filled pies to savoury vegetable and cheese-filled quiches.
Throughout the course, students will learn the fundamental techniques for making perfect pie crusts and tart shells, as well as how to fill them with a variety of delicious fillings. They will also learn how to decorate their pies and tarts using various pastry techniques, such as lattice tops, decorative edges, and intricate cut-outs.

About the Founder
Celesteyum Academy is the culmination of years of passionate baking and teaching baking best practices by Shobha. Hailing from a family with experience in multiple dimensions of hospitality industry, she started dabbling in baking quite by accident. With Masters degree in Life science and having experienced creative world as an animator, She worked as an academic adviser in Animation college for quite some time.

Is it online or offline program?
We offer both Online and offline baking program. All the details like date, duration and fees will be published in our website, from time to time. Offline classes will happen in our Academy space located in Whitefield, Bangalore.
Do you provide any placement assistance?
Yes we do assist in placement. They will be placed either in stand-alone bakery or well know restaurant or patisserie. Placement is based on student’s credentials. It will be a paid internship.
What is the duration of the program ?
We have short term, Long term and weekend programs. Weekend program are for hobby baker and working professionals. While long term is suitable for people looking for career opportunities like Pastry chef job in hotel industry.
Do you provide any certificate after training?
Yes. We provide certificate after training recognised by NCVTE, associated with HRD, Ministry of India along with our certificate for all the long-term program. We also provide to weekend program students.
I am a beginner. Do I need to have prior knowledge about baking?
Prior knowledge about baking is not necessary, as we take lot of theory classes along with practical. Students can just walk-in as all the materials and tools needed will be provided by us.
