How to prepare Macarons?

Join us in mastering the delicious and incredibly fashionable Macarons in our Macaron Masterclass. They are gluten free. These cute little French cookies are typically made with ground almond and filled with a wide variety of scrumptious fillings. They come in different flavours and beautiful colours. In this class we take you through the science behind macaronage and creating these beautiful treats. During the course, students will make macarons with such flavours as:

  • Mocha Filling
  • Nutella and Chocolate
  •  Blueberry Lagoon
  • Salted caramel
  • Matcha and pistachio
  • Berry Filling

After students have made a fantastic box of beauties, they can take them home to share amongst friends and family, along with their new found knowledge of Macaron making!

The Highlights of this course are

  • 1. Complete hands-on experience of Making Macarons..

  • 2. After-class support will be provided. No prior experience or knowledge about Macarons Preparation is required.

  • 3. A recipe booklet with a detailed description of the procedure will be shared. Both egg and eggless recipes will be discussed and shared.

  • 4. Standard recipes and alternative ingredients in the recipes will be provided.
