We will take you from the basics of bread making to exploring international breads. We will cover classic favourites like bagels, pizza, and burger buns, as well as advanced techniques for creating artisanal breads like Baguette, Focaccia, Challah, Pita, Fougasse, and Ciabatta. By the end of the class, you will have a solid understanding of bread making and be able to create a variety of delicious breads from around the world. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced baker, this class is the perfect opportunity to expand your baking skills and impress your family and friends with your homemade bread creations.

Sugar art is an edible art that involves working with sugar pastes such as fondant, gum paste, modelling paste, royal icing, and more. In this class, you will learn to create intricate sculptures and fondant figurine decorations using sugar paste to adorn your cakes and pastries.

This module is designed to train students to create visually appealing pies and tarts, ranging from sweet fruit-filled pies to savoury vegetable and cheese-filled quiches.

Throughout the course, students will learn the fundamental techniques for making perfect pie crusts and tart shells, as well as how to fill them with a variety of delicious fillings. They will also learn how to decorate their pies and tarts using various pastry techniques, such as lattice tops, decorative edges, and intricate cut-outs.

Explore the world of baking without eggs!!. Eggless baking can be fun and a rewarding experience as we cover lot of rich recipes and also talk about eggless substitutes or replacement.

In this module master the chocolate making techniques from tempering of couverture chocolate to make shine , snappy Bonbons to truffles and other confectioneries.

This is a comprehensive Certificate program in baking that is designed to teach each module in an elaborate manner with both practical and theoretical knowledge. This will help them to recreate recipes of pastries and desserts that are timeless and treasured.

We’ll start by teaching you the basic techniques of French pastry making, including making dough, piping techniques, and baking. From there, we will move on to the specific recipes, starting with the Classic Opera cake , Eclairs, Paris Brest and more.

This is an interesting module with lot of understanding of topics like baking techniques, Kitchen safety and hygiene, Recipe selection, Recipe testing, business plan, business project, group discussions and presentation.

Horrible experience! overpriced academy. Even their basic cake sponge recipe does not work. Don't know how they are in the market. Completely duping people with heavy pricing . Not worth by any chance!

I had visited the Celesteyum academy recently, along with my wife Sudha, who completed a 1-day Breadmaking course. (Picture Attached).As a lover of good healthy and tasty bread and baked items, I was keen to see their facilities.I am highly impressed with the world class infrastructure that they have! Example: I could see, professional industrial level equipment including high end Ovens, large Dough Kneading machines, Large Fridges/Chillers as well as Croisant making machines, to name a few!These are manned by experienced Chef/Teachers and assistants. Ms. Shoba and her team had a structured teaching program with theory and practical hands-on demonstrations.They do have longer term professional classes which will be ideally suitable for women who want to join this profession or start their entrepreneurial journey.I wish Celesteyum academy all the success they deserve! I found the 2 days bread workshop to be a useful learning experience especially for someone who learnt what mistakes I have been making when learning from YouTube.The workshop provided practical instruction on bread making as Amira's teaching was clear and easy to follow and she answered all my questions patiently and helped me clear up all the fundamnetals that is needed to be strong in foundations.Her hand movements are amazing when shaping the bread and she is very quick help identify the correction and give valuable feedback. Attended 1 week Baker's course. So many dishes were covered in one week. I'm so happy, Shyama ma'am were so kind and taught patiently. She explained everything clearly, really worth it that I took a course from this academy.The recipes what i tried in the class was distributed to my friends and family everyone liked it a lot. Now looking forward to start on my own.

Bread making class was amazing, focused on every small details, hands on. Practice, detailed brochure, and also we made notes with chef on all steps so we can remember well, i am sure when i will make at home it will turn greatOne only small request will be to get a maid’s help for cleaning dishes, at the end of long class washing dishes by our own is not fun at all.

Teacher is so sweet. My daughter enjoyed the classes where she learnt brownies , pizza, cupcakes, red velvet cake and cake decor. Particularly red velvet cake and pizza tasted awesome. I attended a two day Sourdough bread baking class this week, and can confidently say it was a great experience. Chef Vidushi has good knowhow about the subject and took me through the practical aspects first followed by theory so understanding could be enhanced. It was also great interacting with Chef Shobha as well, who helped clarify some aspects I was keen to understand.Overall a very friendly atmosphere and the chefs take the time to help students understand the nuances of baking.Would love to explore more courses here in the future. The weekend class on CAKES AND PASTRIES was really great and beginner friendly. Class starts out with a theory session followed by practical which I found to be really efficient way of teaching. They took care of teaching the students every minute detail, Do’s and Don’ts, tricks and tips, etc. In practical session, we were not just shown demos of making cakes, but also were given hands on experience. I had attended 1week training program. Excellent mentor! The issues what we face during the baking was very well explained technically . So many dishes were covered in one week. I'm so happy and a contented student. It was such an amazing experience and I learned a lot of things that I didn't know before and tips that make all the difference. I learned several techniques including kneading and rolling for breads, sponges, fondant, cream frosting, air brushing and more.
