Two month Certificate program

This course is for you if you are a student looking for a career path after completing school/college or a working professional with no prior experience is baking and aspiring for a career in baking.  This course prepares you with the necessary theoretical understanding needed for any entry level jobs in cafeterias, independently and commercially owned bakery businesses and cafes. The course also covers hands on experience in bread baking, cookies, chocolate basics and pastries. In addition decorating, packing and presentation will also be covered.

This Certificate Program is designed to offer complete hands on experience of baking with good theoretical knowledge.

Each student is trained to master the fundamentals of baking as well as the Modern trends at par with the industrial standards.

This program is spread over a period of two months from Monday to Friday.

The course content includes:

  • Basic and International breads like Baguette, Grissini, Babka, Zopf, Foccaccia, Fougasse, Bagels, Pesto, Burgers and more.
  • Modern French pastries that include, Opera, Eclairs, Cream Puff, Choux pastries, Paris brest and so on.
  • Breakfast pastries that includes, cupcakes, muffins ,Donuts, puff pastries, cookies, donuts variations and lot of cream, filling and sauces.
  • Pies and tarts that include, Apple pie, Pear Frangipane, Hazelnut praline tart, fresh fruit tarts, Cheesecakes and  more
  • Pastries, Gateaux, lot of garnishes like chocolate bans, leaves, flowers, swirls using couverture chocolate and more
  • Wedding cake masterclass with advanced cake decoration techniques and realistc gumpaste flowers.
  • Different cake decoration using whipping cream, ganache and new techniques like embossing, sharp edges, fondant figurines, air brush techniques, 3d figurines, sugar flowers, ombre effects, rice paper sails, wafer paper decorations…

Chef coat, Apron, Pastry kit is given as complimentary.

Certificate on completion of the training program.

Placement assistance based on the student’s credentials is provided.

Fees is 1,40,000/- including GST. Registration fees is 25000/- adjustable in the fees

The Highlights of this course are
