Entrepreneur Program
This program provides a holistic understanding of entrepreneurship to students in a short span of four weeks with theoretical knowledge and practical experience. This is suitable for any and all passionate bakers who want to hone their baking skills within a short time period.
The course is spread over four weeks, from Monday to Thursday (10.30 AM to 3 PM).

Fees: 74000/- incl taxes
The course includes
Chef coat, Apron, study material, locker facility in the academy, course materials.
The modules included are Breads- Burger Buns, Whole wheat pizza, Bagels, Grissini, Multigrain bread, Fougasse, Pesto rolls and more
Breakfast pastries- Cupcakes, muffins, donuts, brioche, cookies
Pies and Tarts- Apple pie, Peach Frangipane tart, Peanut fudge tart , quiche and more
Chocolates - French Bonbons, Fudges, Truffles, Pate de fruit, caramel, and more
Classic Gateaux - Cheese cakes, Red velvet cakes, Blue berry , Chocolate glaze, Tiramisu and more
Cake decorations with Whipping cream and Fondant cakes from sponge preparation to final decorations
Value added sessions like Digital marketing and branding, Food photography, kitchen hygiene and safety by Industry experts.

This is the best pastry class that includes scrumptious, classic cakes like Caramelized popcorn cake, Belgium dark chocolate truffle cake, Fresh fruit gateaux and Red velvet cake.
Lot of chocolate garnishes like chocolate leaves, slabs, spheres and caramel are covered.
Fundamentals of cake making with right mixing techniques, flavour pairing is covered.
