What You'll Learn

You will understand recipe standardization, costing, pricing, and presentation, with personal guidance from experienced chefs to improve consistency and confidence.
The course also covers entrepreneurship basics, teaching you how to start and manage a baking business, plan menus, handle customers, and build your brand.
