Celesteyum Academy has hands-on learning experience and they begin from the basics for those who are new to the industry and gradually ease into advanced. They teach all the tips and tricks of how to get the best-baked goods. We had commercial kitchen visits and Chefs shared their experience with us. We visited the kitchens of The Black Pearl, The Boozy Griffin, and Theobroma. At the end of the Diploma program, we had a bake sale. It was fun working as a team and prepping orders for delivery.
