Additionally, various piping and frosting techniques will be taught. Useful baking hacks and common do’s/don’ts will be shared with students. Information about recipes and modifications, baking supplies and tools will also be discussed.

Focus is given to enhance the aesthetics of the cake with techniques like sharp edges, mini fondant figurines, ombre effects, drip effects, air brush techniques, air brushing techniques and so on. Students take a full cake made by them.
