The Baking and Pastry Entrepreneur Programme at Celesteyum Academy is designed to take students well beyond technique. You will master the craft of baking and build the leadership and business acumen to independently own and operate a bakery or restaurant.

From menu planning to pricing, from cake decoration with buttercream to mastering Classic French pastries like Opera, Eclairs, and Paris-Brest — every element of this programme is built for real-world readiness.

All tools and materials are provided. We use couverture chocolate for garnish work. A chef coat, uniform, basic tools kit, recipe book, and locker facility are included.

Classes run Monday to Thursday, 10:30 am to 3:00 pm. Two Fridays are reserved as assessment days.
