This eggless baking course will demonstrate to students how the proper use of various ingredients can result in the same flavours and aesthetics as a recipe which uses eggs. Mastering this course will make any aspiring baker more well-rounded in their education and will help them produce mouth-watering bakes while also catering to special dietary needs. It is a two day class where students will learn how to make:
