This is a comprehensive Certificate program in baking that is designed to teach each module in an elaborate manner with both practical and theoretical knowledge. This will help them to recreate recipes of pastries and desserts that are timeless and treasured.

Celesteyum Academy plays a very important role in assisting placement for the students of Diploma in Bakery and confectionery and help them to become professional pastry chef and bakers in well popular Patisserie.
The program is spread across 12 weeks with everyday classes from Monday to Friday From 10 am to 4 pm.

This program is aimed at skill upgradation of baking skill and will include tailor made module to impart skillful use of ingredients for optimum quality and taste, food presentation, hygiene standards and other customer delight skills desired by specific hotels, bakeries and other service providers. Curriculum will be designed to impart advanced and professional baking skills and prepare the students for the ever-growing baking industry

The Program runs for period of three months with intensive training.

Breads : Burger Buns, Multigrain breads, Sandwich loaf, Pizza, Pita breads. International breads like Challah bread, Baguettes, Ciabatta, Lavash, Bagels and more
Breakfast pastries : cupcakes, Muffins, Donuts, cookies, Puff pastries
Pies and tarts : Apple pie, Hazelnut praline tart, Quiche, Pear frangipane, Lemon tart, Linzer tart, Quiche Royale and more.
Chocolate : Basics to Advanced Bonbons, Truffles, Marshmallows, Fudges, Mango pate de fruit and more
Modern French pastries that includes Opera cake, eclairs, choux , Paris brest and more.
Signature cakes includes, Tiramisu revisited, New York cheesecake, Swiss rolls and variations
Bake Sale with Project management skills.
Cake decorations using whipping cream ganache and Fondant themes.
Wedding cake masterclass is included that covers working with sugar flowers, embossing, air brushing, rice paper sails, Isomalt techniques and many more techniques at par with the trending baking industry.
Chef coat, Apron, Chef cap and Pastry kit is given as complimentary.
Certificate on completion of the training program affiliated to NCVTE-HRD Govt of India.
Placement assistance based on the student’s credentials is provided.
Fees is 2,50,000/- plus 18% GST Applicable. Registration fees is 25000/- adjustable in the fees.
