This program provides a holistic understanding of entrepreneurship to students in a short span of four weeks with theoretical knowledge and practical experience. This is suitable for any and all passionate bakers who want to hone their baking skills within a short time period.
The course is spread over four weeks, from Monday to Thursday (10.30 AM to 3.30 PM).
The course includes
Chef coat, Apron, study material, locker facility in the academy, course materials.
The modules included are Breads, Breakfast pastries, Pies and Tarts, Chocolates , Classic Gateaux and Fondant cakes.
Timings: 10.30 am to 3.30 pm
Fees : 70000/- plus Taxes
