In this Cheesecake masterclass, we emphasize bringing variation in toppings, sauces, inserts, filling, and mousse. We discuss the styling of the cheesecake and the presentation of the final product.

A detailed recipe booklet will be shared along with useful tips and tricks. Both egg and eggless recipe will be shared. Some of them are baked while some are chilled. Lots of techniques and additional recipes of sauces and toppings will be discussed. Join us in this wonderful experience of creating beautiful, elegant and gorgeous cheesecakes.
