The Highlights of this course are

Title: Diploma in Professional Patisserie & Confectionery

Start Date: December 4th, 2023

Duration: 5 months (4 months plus 1 month industrial training), Extensive 500+ hours of hands of learning experience.

Timings: 10 am – 4 pm, 5 days a week

Fees: 3,50,000/- ( excl of 18% Gst)

Included: Tuition fees, Chef coat, Apron, student kit and Recipe books.

Not Included: City & Guilds Exam fees, accommodation or lunch.

After the completion of the program, students will receive :

  1. Diploma Certificate from Celesteyum Academy
  2. Level 2 certificate in Professional Patisserie and Confectionery from City & Guilds (only for those who appear and pass the City and Guilds exams)

Registration fees 25,000/- adjusted in the final fees.

  • 1. Complete hands-on experience of baking.

  • 2. After-class support will be provided. No prior experience or knowledge about baking is required.

  • 3. A recipe booklet with a detailed description of the procedure will be shared. Both egg and eggless recipes will be discussed and shared.

  • 4. Standard recipes and alternative ingredients in the recipes will be provided.
