I attended a two day Sourdough bread baking class this week, and can confidently say it was a great experience. Chef Vidushi has good knowhow about the subject and took me through the practical aspects first followed by theory so understanding could be enhanced. It was also great interacting with Chef Shobha as well, who helped clarify some aspects I was keen to understand.
Overall a very friendly atmosphere and the chefs take the time to help students understand the nuances of baking.
Would love to explore more courses here in the future. Can’t wait to now convert my recently gained knowledge into practice!
